Grab a chair for this all standing knee friendly lower body workout. There are no squats or lunges and all exercises are low impact. These exercises are barre inspired and appropriate for all ages and levels including seniors and beginners. We will really work the glutes in this video!

That was intense! My hip flexors are tight.
Most people’s hip flexors are super tight from sitting too much, this video will help strengthen them. Make sure to stretch them out too 🙂
