WOW! I’m doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I’m so proud of myself that I didn’t give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I’ve been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I’m starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it’s not the same. Thank you so much!

@Ameeta Chadda don’t give up, don’t stop keep doing a little everyday, listen to your body (don’t overdo it)and you’ll eventually see results. Also increase, if you can, vegetables, fruits and water. If possible decrease white flour, rice, pastries (just a bite and no more..LOL), and let this exercise routine be your daily workout. Be blessed!

I like this ab workout because it feels like rest for the rest of my body but I can tell my abs are getting a work out. I think it’s a good one to do after you’ve done some cardio and got your heart rate up. Laying down feels so good!😊

Here I am again. Doing the 14 day challenge again. Whew, Day 2 did me in! I’m sweaty from the 30 min fat burn, and my tummy muscles are like jelly from the Ab workout. The 5 min stretch at the end was so welcome. I see that I commented last year and apparently had a harder time with the ab workout today than I did last year. Turning 73 in two weeks. Younger than I’ll ever be! LOL I love your videos!

This is the first workout I can do (minus one bilateral leg move) that targets the lower abs while it does not aggravate my spinal stenosis like most other ab exercises do. I usually only focus on upper abs because the exercises involve only lifting your shoulders and chest. However, keeping my knees bent for most of this workout I can still get a burn in the lowers. Love all your workouts.
