This 10 min dance party workout is with no equipment, no squats and no complicated moves. It's also short enough to fit into any day. If you're feeling lethargic in the afternoon, take 10 minutes to do this workout to boost endorphins and get energized. This is a low impact workout with a total step of 1606 steps.
