  • 27, 11 2023 Hi Jules, thank you so much for all the good words I appreciate them. I have not been missing more than a day at a time, even in friends’ house I mostly did some exercises. I did some others that is why I did not leave comments on yours, but this morning I have found another gentle walk that works so well for me. If you do not mind I will send it in email to my friend whom I am encouraging to start exercising. She does heavy cleaning, so she does work her muscles are strong, but this one is different it gently works through the whole body unlike cleaning. I am going to send this one to her. And I shall save it as number 43, in my list of saved exercises. I love seeing new ones from all the trainers I work out with, but at times YouTube does not throw up likeable ones, or doable ones, and it is great to fall back on the saved ones to choose from. I love your quotes, as I see from the comments, others do, they are reassuring and helpful. Thank you. Have a lovely day! 😊

  • What a beautiful way to start Monday morning after our 🦃 holiday. I hope you have a great day and wonderful week ahead Jules 🌈💐🌈🌄🌈

  • Loved this workout. I agree doing more workouts in shorter intervals is a great way for me to get more cardio in. I try to do your videos at least once an hour during my workday and by the end of the day I have about 80 minutes of low-impact cardio done.
