You May Have Insulin Resistance If…

When insulin resistance is present, insulin cannot efficiently move sugar out of your blood and into your cells. This makes weight loss difficult because the resulting high blood sugar and insulin levels block fat loss and make you feel tired and hungry. If it is allowed to progress, this resistance can lead to type 2 diabetes. A full diagnosis requires blood work, but there are markers that you can see on your body or that are revealed through your diet and lifestyle that may indicate that you have insulin resistance. This video shares what they are and what to do if you have them.

  • Blessings Dr Becky from Chicago. I started a kego diet in 2023. My glucose levels fell so that my primary lowered my Metformin. She also changed my blood pressure medication. I’m eating one or two meals a day. The only issue is, I’m not losing any weight. Walking, is my exercise. I’m a 70 year old female.

  • What a blessing you are and glad I found you.
My daughter, Brookelynn and I have been following you for quite awhile and getting great results. ❤️
