  • Love these workouts. Easy to follow with no talking (a big plus). Music and easy repetitions — the time flies by!

  • Well since I completed the Series 2 days 1 – 7 for 4 weeks, I was on my own to see what else I could work to for the next week. I saw this and thought, ok let’s give it a try. OMG!!! the 30 minutes flew by because this is music that I grew up listening to from a very early age to high school and a little beyond. The memories each song conjured up took me down memory lane and brought a smile to my face and yes, I was singing to EVERY song! Loved it! A big thank you!

    • Hi Carrie! First of all, congratulations on finishing series 2 for 4 weeks! You’re the first person to tell me you completed it all. I am currently working on the next series but it’ll be at least another week or two before I can have it ready. In the meantime, please start the strength training workouts and alternate (or do both together on the same day if you can manage it). Strength training at this point of the game is very important. Thank you for the comments on the 60’s/70’s workout! I play those songs all the time when I do my exercise groups at work with my seniors. I love all of those songs and know them well, too since I listen to them almost every day. Wishing you a great day:)

    • My thoughts exactly. I usually do more active-paced workouts, but the soundtrack for this one really drew me in and I enjoyed the more relaxed casual pace. Now I will have to investigate what this series reference refers to.

    • @Rose Fitzgerald when you go to the Improved Health under YouTube, and click on Playlists, you will see some listed as Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3. If you click on those (I would recommend you start with Series 1) they are videos that you use each day. Jules explains how they work in her videos or in the description. Hope this helps.

  • I found your channel while searching for fun workouts for my elderly parents. Now mom ( who’s 84 ) and dad ( 95 ) enjoy working out with your videos. They enjoy the music so much as it makes them feel young again. Thank you for making great videos with fun music selection.

  • Well, I finally found a set of videos that make me want to work out! The time goes by fast and you are make everything easy to follow. Plus I don’t lose my balance with your exercises! Thank you!

  • I just started this and I love it, as with others I too love that there is no talking! Love the music! I am 75 and can keep up, of course I have always loved to dance!❤

  • I love, love, love your workout videos! I’m 65 and legally blind/visually impaired, so class settings don’t work for me. With your videos, I stand right in front of my huge TV and can follow the moves with ease. Not to mention the great song choices!

    • I’m so happy to read these workouts work well for you, Pam. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback:)

  • Exactly what I was looking for as a beginner. Loved everything about this video! Nice touch on the pretty picture, color scheme, and table. Super relaxing in a good way 😊

  • Last year I did all the series workouts and decided to do it again this year to celebrate my 1 year of working out & being in the best shape I’ve ever been. I’ve incorporated strength training with weights, 2-3x/wk, also. I’m 70 y/o so it’s never to late.

    • Wow, you have put a huge smile on my face this evening! I am absolutely ecstatic for you. I love that you are stronger now than ever and are enjoying the benefits that exercise brings. I am also thrilled to read that you are strength training 2-3x a week because it is super important. Congratulations for your hard work this past year…and happy anniversary!!! You have made my day, Pam.

  • I enjoyed your low impact exercise! I have lower back injury and it prevented me from doing what I love the most, high intensity work out! But thanks to your routine, I think I can go back slowly without making my condition worse! Thank you!

    • I’m glad you are taking it slow while getting back into working out. Thanks for letting me know these workouts are helping:)

  • I’m 73 and have been doing these exercises for 3 weeks. I can keep up with this workout because it’s not too strenuous. I too love no talking, love the music, and love the changing of the background, even the little room decorations . You seem like a very nice person also. Thank you for your workouts. I do many of them.

    • Hi Becky! Thank you for taking the time to comment and for letting me know you’re enjoying these workouts. Congrats on working out for the past 3 weeks…I hope my workouts keep you motivated to continue:)

  • Been looking for something just right for me with my bad knees. This was perfect. Thank you and keep it up. Love the music
