  • Love all your insights on a fasting lifestyle. I am a graduate from October of 2022 and still fast consistently every day and never gained my weight back. So grateful for you since my sister was doing weight watchers at same time and didn’t keep hers off and now trying another way!!! Fasting works!!!

    • Fasting DOES work! I believe it is because we take the FOCUS off of food and back on the US! Where the focus should be. So proud of you. Consistency over time!!

  • 4 months ago I was desperate to lose weight. I considered this shot. Thank God my brother had been fasting and lost 65 pounds and my son had also been fasting and lost 20 pounds. So I decided on the fasting route. So Happy I did that. I’m now down 25 pounds. I’m taking your class now and hoping to lose the rest of my weight over this year. All of my blood work was just checked and everything was perfect. So thankful for fasting lifestyle and everything that I’ve learned from you.

  • spot on Dy Ann, I am your 2017 or 2018 graduate, cannot remember. Long time IFer, the fasting is not hard, but at times staying on track with food is tricky. At 61, I do give myself some grace, and exercising for my health and not for weight loss. Please keep on producing good content here in YouTube! Let’s see if these drugs have any longevity. I already know a few people that the weight is creeping back on….and it is mentally crushing to fail again. I always say, Americans are very cleaver but not necessarily wise.

    • “the weight is creeping back on….and it is mentally crushing to fail again” <<<<< this right here. Enough is enough!

  • OMG YES! We exercise so that we are able to take care of ourselves!!!! This hit me so hard! Taking care of elderly parent who is unable to take care of themselves fully! No better motivation to keep up my training! Love you Dy!

  • January 2022 grad. Take her course! You can research all the intermittent fasting you want, but she has done it for us in the course. There are so many different thoughts out there on IF. I know because I researched and it was so confused. As a post menopausal woman, I’m dealing with hormonal changes and other health issues (obesity, pre diabetes, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, etc.). When I took DyAnn’s course it all made sense to me. I lost the weight, my health markers improved and I reversed pre diabetes. But most of all, I changed my mindset around food. No more dieting! Thank you DyAnn🤩

  • 100% it’s all about your mind set. Manjaro is one my son has just started using. He’s type 2 DB. My son is covered.

    • @@DyAnnParham yeah he was tired of taking stuff that was causing him to gain weight and now he’s getting it under control and he’s only on metformin and that’s it now and I think he’s lost almost 20 pounds in a couple weeks or maybe it’s been a month now I think. But he really tries to eat more like keto now and he finds himself intermittent fasting all the time now. He says because his appetite has changed so he’s incorporating it and asking me what to eat.

  • You are a bit clueless. Perhaps discuss the side effects instead and the dangers of it and the fact that your girl O wanted a quick fix, no effort and is also gaining financially too…

  • Fasting is much healthier, it’s natural, spiritually wonderful and it’s free. Oprah is 70 and overweight she just may be a candidate for ozempic, but stay away from her for spiritual advice. I agree it’s good for people who have a bad health history, and are struggling, and is obese. But to jump start only and than start IF which motivates you to eat healthier, exercise and manage your emotions.
