  • As someone who has lost over 100 lbs on 20:4 IF something inside me just said enough. I was winded walking, no energy etc. One of the hardest things was giving up the junk food evenings. It took dedication and 18 months. Once I got into the groove I didn’t feel deprived as my goal was to get healthier. Be consistent, don’t let anyone derail you and try to feed you. Finally at 61 I am living my best life. You are worth it.
