Hi Pahla. I’m a nurse, turning 60 this month. I’m about 148 pounds. My issue is high triglycerides. I have been exercising faithfully 5 days a week with your videos since the end of November but my problem is carbs. Pasta, potatoes and bread. Can you give my tips to curb my cravings? Thanks.
