So true! I have taken two vacations in the past year- one to Charleston, SC (known for its food scene!), and a 10 day trip to St. Croix. I came home only 1# over my goal weight each time, yet enjoyed wonderful, delicious food! I planned my meals and kept my food choices light during the day, but protein centered, so I could enjoy a fabulous dinner and wine in the evenings! And my hubby and I always shared the dessert.
Heidi, this is exactly what I just did a few weeks ago when My hubby & I went to the Keys for a week. It’s so simple, yet genius, thanks to Pahla!
