  • Thank you for another great, new workout! I really needed to hear your message today about “working” things you love into your diet. I like a glass of wine or hard seltzer but every time I have one, I feel guilty and beat myself up. It felt good to hear you say it is okay to incorporate those things in, so it is sustainable. You make so much sense! I am so glad I found you! I am slowly learning to “self love” and that is such an accomplishment, as I have “self loathed” for so long. Thank you again, so very, very much!

  • I had to laugh…I do the same kind of verbal reminders. This was a great class. I really like your workouts with weights and that you combine them with cardio. Looking forward to tomorrow’s class! Thanks!
