I am a new subscriber, just hit 50 and I never did any sports. Needless to say my physical shape is very poor. I have decided I don’t want to be a fragile old lady so I am starting a new journey to get stronger for the first time In my life. I’m a couch potato. Most of my life I achieved intellectual goals rather than physical. I have no idea how to start, but watching your videos I get inspiration.
