Listened to your latest podcast. Loved it. Idea for shorts- clips of your moderate exercise videos. I LOVE that one from December of 2021 that was the walking party with music. I just did it again yesterday. I’d love to see a short clip of that with the music as one of your new shorts.

Forgive me if this is something you’ve covered before but I as curious if the 5O method works if you’re just getting into your 40s? I’m not menopausal yet and I just wasn’t sure if the advice would be beneficial. I do so love your videos though! And I DO utilize your mental techniques to much success. I just wasn’t sure about the other stuff…
