  • Forgive me if this is something you’ve covered before but I as curious if the 5O method works if you’re just getting into your 40s? I’m not menopausal yet and I just wasn’t sure if the advice would be beneficial. I do so love your videos though! And I DO utilize your mental techniques to much success.
