Supercharge your Fitness: 30-20-10 HIIT WORKOUT UNLEASHED

This 20 minute 30-20-10 HIIT workout is a great way to supercharge your fitness. We'll start with a 5 minute warm-up, then do an exercise for 30 seconds, go harder for 20 seconds and then finish with going at your best pace for the last 10 seconds. We'll continue this until we hit 15 minutes and then finish with a cool-down and stretching. Go at your own pace to make this workout your own! This workout is great for burning calories in a short period of time.

If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Interval training and HIIT workouts are great to do twice a week.
