This short 7 minute chair core workout is created for anyone wanting to strengthen the core from a seated position. This is level 4 (links to level 1-3 are below). These core exercises are designed for seniors and beginners who want to build stronger abs and a lower back with exercises done at a safe and slow pace. You can do these exercises daily to work towards a stronger core. Once you feel you have mastered these, you can do 2-3 sets or move up to level 3 (which will be out next week).
