I’m trying to work on a few at a time to get consistent before I am doing all 5. So far, exercise is the easiest. This week is water.
I’m smiling because I can definitely relate.😊 I spent years starting over and for me my starting over was always I’ll start over on Monday. Well my starting over lasted 15 years and I just kept putting weight on until one day I realized that I would stop thinking of losing weight as a diet that you go on and off of and think of it as a way of life that I would just continue the rest of my life and I finally lost the weight and realizing it was a continuing journey changed everything for me ❤
Great way to think about this. It’s about progress not perfection.
