  • Thank you for Sharing this information Dyann. I heard that your suppose to not fast the week before your period as well. I have been doing that, and I have gained 30 pounds in the past year. I’m 50 and haven’t had a cycle in 2 months. I’m definitely working my way back to OMAD where I thrived the most. I can’t wait to be in post menopause 😊😊❤❤

  • It can be so confusing on YT with all the IF advise. I followed advise of a man on here, all the advise was wrong for me. Followed someone else and her advise was wrong for me too. I was doing IF mainly on my own then I found DyAnn and took her course which was informative and fabulously done, not to mention we still get weekly (what I call therapy sessions). Anything I’ve learned from DyAnn has worked. I’ve had nothing but success. 20:4 works.
