  • So helpful! I’m getting so many injuries & now I need physical therapy for my shoulders before I can lift any weights again. I got a personal trainer at the health club but it wasn’t like this! I’m old enough to know that the instruction you give here is what I want and need. I seem to walk on the treadmill without holding on for fear of losing balance and falling.   • Greetings! Thanks for this video. I did legs today and I am switching to this routine on the leg lift. I have been using both legs but my knee has started to get ache at times. My question on the single legs is how many reps and set’s? Iam going to pay closer attention to my squats!
