The use of a mini ball is optional in this workout. You will be able to do every move without a ball or you can substitute a small pillow. This 20 minute abs and butt workout is great as an add-on to another video or by itself to tone your core and glute muscles. All exercises are performed on the floor and are also great for reducing back pain. Just do what you can even if it just a few repetitions. You WILL get stronger.
