I have lost 35 of these 80 pounds I need to lose! But worst part was that I wasn’t able to move, but now, because of you, I can!

    • Hi there! I tried all diets after menopause and my body just wouldn’t do it, my doctor put me on Mounjora (tirzepatide) for two months, which help me with the food and noise in my head and to get on 16 eight intermittent fasting. The medication is super expensive though and insurance usually only covers it if you have diabetes. But I thought it was well worth the money because now I am well on my way to getting back in shape. My weight loss has slowed down but I’m still losing 2 pounds a week, so I’m not going to complain about that!😊

    After going from being almost completely immobile, and doing your work outs from beginner to intermediate for a month this is exactly what I needed! My heart rate came up when we supposed to back down and it was supposed to. I am so grateful I found you!❤

  • Wow and wow, that was a tough one. I decided to take a day off from strength training and try this new workout. I normally don’t do tabata or HIT workouts. Having Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism makes these types of workouts difficult. However, always down for a challenge, I saw, I sweated, and I conquered! The only exercises I had to modify were the squat jumps. My legs felt like lead, so I did a modified version with no chair. I am really proud of my accomplishment today. Thank you, Jules, for making this workout doable!
    P.S. I absolutely loved your outfit today (I know its not relevant but…) and that top, 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
