  • I have been consistently fasting 20 hrs over past 3 weeks, few days 16/18 hours due to things happening. But overall trying to really be consistent with 20 hours. I feel like my inflammation is improved and my body is adjusting – by time by feasting window opens up I am still feeling ok and a couple days recently have thought I could possibly go longer. So my body is adjusting to the window, first week or two I was counting hours until I could eat! Love how this has one, helped me break a bad evening snacking habit. Two, helped me really focus on what I am eating during that feasting window, helps me make better choices. 🎉🎉🎉. Looking forward to seeing how this lifestyle continues to work for me!

    • @@DyAnnParhamDY Ann could you clarify… If I’m not losing weight DAILY or WEEKLY? What is the time span of ” losing weight”?

Should we weigh ourselves DAILY to know we’re doing this right or WEEKLY?

I was 144.8 2 days ago and this morning I weighed in at 144.2. So is this considered “losing weight?” Should the weight loss be in pounds?
      Thank you in advance

  • I am a May 2019 graduate! I really achieved excellent results, and was really comfortable and happy with how I looked (lost 30+ lbs) Then my mistake was going to Hawaii, going off of it, even when I got home, t❤hen gaining 1/2 my weight back😢…so now I’m back into it since Apr. 23rd, and am doing great! I sure learned NOT to let that happen again! So grateful for you Diane, THANK YOU!
