  • Any research you are aware of regarding possible negative effects on adrenaline glands from fasting…regular fasting…including extended fasts! Please and thank you❤️

    • Not that I am aware of. There are pros and cons to anything. People who do not fast at all have adrenal gland issues and people who fast probably have adrenal gland issues. The thing to keep in mind is that it is NEVER ONE ISOLATED THING that we are doing that is causing us issues. It is a whole lifestyle approach. We need to look at the big picture.

  • Thank you Dyann the things can be upsetting,so I thank you for taking the time to explain it to all of us , I am a little bit frustrated. I’ve gained 3 pounds and I can’t seem to get it off and I’m not sure if I’m not breaking my fast right or not

    • I consider 3 pounds, proof of life. Your weight is always going to fluctuate up and down. Give yourself some grace. And create some boundaries. I like to live within a 10-pound up or down boundary ( and I do not weigh myself daily). If I am under the 10-pound grace then I am being too restrictive, if I am over I am being too loose. Your body is NOT supposed to weigh the same exact thing every single day.

  • Thank you so much for clarifying this study!
I’m for sure leery about any study that is done just to promote a specific narrative. Especially one that doesn’t include women and then say this is for “all”
