Improve your Posture & Balance with these Corrective Exercises // Osteoporosis Friendly!

Join me for this essential workout that is appropriate for everyone. We will perform exercises for both balance and posture in standing positions as well as on the mat. The pace is nice and slow so we can really focus on our movements, targeting the appropriate muscles and notice results!
We will work on balance not only in a standing position, but also side lying, supine and quadruped positions. You will notice how important the core is in these balance exercises.
You will feel great after this workout! Keep up the good work and let me know how you enjoyed this video in the comments!

  • I love this balance series so much. It’s something that is important for every day life, more important than you think you need it. Thanks for the great workout program.❤👍

  • Love it! My shoulders, blades and neck were snapping and popping so much in warmup (must have had poor sleep position) but hardly a sound when finished. Yet another video saved to my playlist. Thanks for all you give to your channel!

  • Day 62, what I love about your channel is that you provide so much variety, so I can choose every single day what to do according to time, mood, pain level or if I already worked out or not. Perfect 🙂
