Yesterday in my fasted state I felt empowered. This morning I felt hungry, so I ate. The fasted state is dynamic and being new to it is new learning.

Missed your Instagram message where you addressed the question why you drink 100-150 Oz water. Went back and couldn’t find the session. On a Tuesday? You were talking about the benefits of the different levels of water consumption. Was interrupted at beginning of explanation and can’t find it now.
I am doing a great job Fasting Clean for 20 hours. My weakness is the cookies that come at the end of our main meal. My mother in law doesn’t understand why I eat only once a day, but her caregivers eat pretty much the same way.
In my experience, the less you tell others about your eating habits, the better. Well-meaning but uninformed people try to talk us out of anything they don’t understand. It’s none of their business anyway.
Powerful. You definitely don’t go to the grocery store hungry thinking you’re empowered because you will make a compulsive decision and make an excuse for it. Pray before going into the battlefield.

“…pacifying things..” You nailed i😊t right there. Best advice I ever heard: “Just stop and ask yourself “What would I be feeling right now if I weren’t eating?” The answer to that question is the DIRECT ROUTE to the answer of WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO AVOID. Prepare yourself… this may uncover deep- seated (as in ‘decades old’) wounds, trauma, difficult emotions. In fact, could be the QUICKEST way to connect to those issues. But that means it’s time for healing.
