    • Okay some MindSet Homework for you:
      1) why did you decide to follow the carnivore diet?
      2) Does that makes sense for you?
      3) what foods do you enjoy that you miss because you are only eating meat?
      4) do those foods make sense for you?
      5) what are your goals?
      6) what lifestyle allows you to LOOK and FEEL your best while also living AUTHENTICALLY?
      Feeling heavy and having digestive issues is not living authentically. Why are you doing that to yourself?
      I want you to actually write this out! This is the work WE DON’T DO before just jumping into something someone else has created into a fad.
      You need to do that MindSet Shift work before food choices will make sense for you! What I eat will not make sense for you! Let me know what you come up with.
