  • Enjoying your class & videos (tho I havent commented I listen). I am now down 15.8 pounds since 3/3/24, and feel way healthier. Did go for my annual physical, blood work is way healthier than 2 years ago (I missed my 2023 annual)… cholesterol down, and continue on no medications… only recommendation was “Keep doing what you are doing”… I am 53 as of March. Thankful to be losing finally!! ❤

  • Hello ladies, if you’re undecided please jump in! I easily lost 70 lbs over a 9 month period at the age of 63 using Dy Ann’s advice, my weight and health transformation ( no other word for it!) inspired many family members who also experienced great results, not just in significant weight loss but incredible health gains, reversing type 2 diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain, etc!!!!!

  • Did my longest fast on Friday of 28.5 hours but a busy weekend full of activities resulted in 13-14 hours fasts and 😢now I feel defeated. I lost 22 pounds in 2020 fasting but having slowly gained it plus some. It’s such a struggle at 52 to see the weight back and now belly fat I’ve never had previously. And no matter what I do the scale isn’t moving. I’ve been following you for a few weeks and understand all the benefits of fasting. I believe in it and the 28.5 hour fast was not difficult it’s just balancing life and fasting but seeing no results after weeks of fasting and I want to see results. Blah!
