Ladies, I’m trying something new, and I’m so excited!

For years now I have been running challenges to help as many ladies like me as I can. To take our health, fitness and vitality into our own hands!

I have received 1000’s of comments asking me to make a version that is even easier to follow that has no ads and amazing recipes and workout videos combined.

  • Hi Schellea! I’ve loved your past challenges and I’m looking forward to this new one! I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis and have been researching about how exercises are so important, and how to know if different ones are safe or unsafe. Can you talk about that possibly? A few years ago, I used your workouts every day before work and eventually lost 30#! I am grateful you are here for us, and so I thank you, and I’m excited to enjoy this new challenge and workout with you! If you have any thoughts/comments about Osteoporosis I’d love to hear about them, but if you don’t comment back, then I’ll assume you don’t want to get into medical issues. And that’s Ok too, I will understand!
