    I’m just sharing this tip in case anyone else is interested, but I saw another YouTube video where a doctor was talking about having a slice of cheese and 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar, mixed in warm water, before bed. I’ve been doing that lately too. I save out 80 calories for that at the end of the day. It’s supposed to help with blood sugar & metabolizing deep belly fat. It keeps me from feeling hungry at bed time as well.
