This is a must do routine for everyone! This workout features exercises for both the hips and pelvic floor strength. It's perfect for those that need to strengthen the muscles supporting the pelvis (everyone)! These exercises will help with everything from hip bursitis to incontinence to diastases recti.
We finish with some beautiful stretches that assist in relaxing the muscles leaving you feeling great. Always go at your own pace and be patient with yourself. Gaining strength and flexibility takes time.
