  • Great addition to your workout schedule! Consistently the best workout music on YouTube. It always lifts my mood no matter what troubles the day brings. I am almost 69 and my tendency is to speed up and crush my workouts to combat the aging process. I needed this reminder that varying the pace and slowing down benefits body and mind. Thank you!

    • What a great comment to read this morning, Victoria. Thank you for that. I am thrilled to read that you are enjoying the workouts and the music. I’m also glad to read that you’ll allow yourself to slow the pace down some days, too:) Having variety in training, speed, length, etc., is definitely beneficial.

  • Just finished doing this with you, Jules… a great workout, liked the new moves and the music. Thank you so much. Shall read your blog on LISS and learn more…have a wonderful day💖💙

  • Buen día jules!!todo lo wue se haga con voluntad,es posible y si la persona que te motiva lo hace con amor se obtiene grandes logros Gracias Jules1😍🇦🇷❤

  • Good Monday morning Jules and what a way to start of the day and get motivated for the week ahead. I love your feel great… before… during… and after workouts!! Have a wonderful day ahead 🌈❤️🌈

  • Thank you for this great workout! Actually more cardio for me but that is what I need! I’m a 62 year old physical therapist that retired at the start of Covid and did too much sitting. I discovered you several months ago and have found one or two workouts to do almost every day. I love your choice of music, limited talking, clear instructions and positive attitude. I’ve shared your channel with many friends ❤

    • Thank you SO much for sharing my channel with friends, Carol. I definitely appreciate that! I’m thrilled to read that you are enjoying two workouts a day. Thank you for your great feedback as well. The sun is shining today and your comment definitely helps to make my day even brighter:)

  • Great workout! If my heart rate went higher than it should for my age group and stayed up does that confirm that I am not fit? Ty Jules! I hope you have a beautiful happy Monday.

    • With the LISS workouts, it can be a challenge to keep the heart rate in the lower zone. Since everyone is unique, especially as we age, the heart rates will vary. I’m going to write a post about that next Sunday and will give you another formula to figure out YOUR best heart rate zones. The chart in this workout is an estimate for the average person which is fine, but there are ways to make it more specific. From what I can see with the workouts you’ve commented on, you’re doing great and you are definitely on the right track with exercise:)
