This short 20 minute dynamic workout is filled with a combination of cardio, strength and ab exercises to burn fat and boost metabolism. This workout is all standing, with no floor or mat exercises. All you need is one set of dumbbells between 1-5 pounds. Total step count today is 1350 steps. The strength exercises will get your heart-rate pumping to give you a great calorie burning workout.
The plan for today:
2.5 min warm-up
2.5 min ab exercises
10 min cardio with strength
2.5 min ab exercises
2.5 min cool-down
and finish with stretching

I absolutely loved loved loved this workout. I have done many starting at chair due to concussion and have moved on to intermediate sessions. I never thought I’d do intervals but I love them too. Thank you for giving me my mobility back and balance. Still suffering concussion symptoms 10 months later but I can now exercise in the safety of my home and get an excellent workout. This is my favourite so far though. Just wish it were longer so I’ll do it twice. Thank you so very much
