Your amazing low impact workouts have enabled me to regain physical fitness after years of pain from injury. I used to do your workouts in my early 20s and I loved them.   • This is a nice relaxing exercise routine to do at nighttime before bed. Gets some circulation moving throughout the body without being too intense or making you too hyper before sleep. 👍
