✨ Deadlift & Row
✨ Side Lunge & Overhead press
✨ Tricep Kickback
✨ Side Lunge & Bicep Curl
✨ Lateral Raise
✨ Front Raise

Do 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps for a full body burn!!
