Cardio, Strength, Balance & Stretching with 1950’s Style Music | Exercise for Active Seniors


This 30 minute all-in-one workout includes 20 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes of strength & balance, 1 minute of abs and 4 minutes of stretching in a chair. The music in today's cardio portion of the workout is 1950's style music. This workout is suitable for active seniors who want low impact exercise. If you find the pace too fast, please slow it down to a pace that works best for you.
