I have a question I am premenopausal. Can I still do pahlab5-0?
Yes you can, I’m doing it & down 8.5 lbs since Jan 20th! I’ll be 50 this year & I’m not in menopause yet. Pahla’s 50 is working for me, where nothing else that I tried was. 😊 Hope that helps!
Any plan that can make a consistent caloric deficit sustainable for you long term will make you lose weight and keep it off. The primary aim is not to lose weight but to build life long healthy habits that bring about and sustain a healthy weight.
I have been dieting for years. I have never ate this many calories it just seems like alot but I am trusting the program. I weight 210 so how I understand is that I should be eating 2100 calories a day.
How about maintaining bone strength and joint mobility.
