If you want to age gracefully, adding in strength training workouts to your weekly routine will absolutely help. This no floor workout consists of 20 exercises created for seniors and beginners in mind who have a hard time getting onto the floor for exercises. We'll either be seated or standing throughout this workout. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, build stronger bones, and build stronger muscles to support you in your every day living.

Good Morning Jules! Loved this workout. I do have a question. I had a total reverse shoulder replacement almost two years ago. Due to the implant, I have been instructed by my doctor to not do any shoulder work. My question is can you suggest another exercise for the reverse fly. I will do my chest work on my stability ball. I will be doing a front raise when you are doing the shoulder presses. Thank you.
