  • I just did day 8 5PD and everything you said in that video is absolutely true, because I went through the same thins, do kore, do harder, eat less, only to get fatter especially belly fat. I started the program last week and adjusted my calories, for which I freaked out, I can’t eat so much, but as I added like you said a little more each day I have found I eat better! I have come to trust you not other people’s advice. This is the best journey in years of beating myself up for not being how I use to be, but now I am on the road to becoming better.   • I have a really chronic pain but I can’t ever get my doctor to listen to me. Do you have any advice what I can do on that?

    • Maybe that Dr. isn’t a good fit for you. My Mom went to the same Dr. for many years until he retired. He never listened to her either. She had to find a new Dr. She was pleasantly surprised to find that the new Dr. listened to her. I had to try several Dr’s before I found one that would help me with my thyroid.
