Welcome to 30 minutes of strength & cardio seated exercises for seniors & beginners. Today we've got 10 minutes of building strength followed by 10 minutes of cardio to improve fitness (plus our warm-up and stretching). Each week, a new program will be uploaded to provide you with a full-body weekly program. Today is Day 4. You can find the links below for the other days. With the 5 days together, you'll have a well-rounded program to use day after day.
