  • Excellent video! I was able to guess the 3 “foods” before the video started! I would like to add something in regards to olive oils, look for one that is sourced from a single country. I’ve learned from other people that if more than one country contributes to the oil it can be substandard and not really good after all.

  • Thank You Becky a concise no nonsense video as usual. Could you address Oxalates in food. Almonds, Chocolate, Spinach etc. Removing them from your diet seems to be a good idea. Your take on them would be appreciated. Thank You:)😊 Oh and PS. I removed the big three from my diet and along with mostly a 16/8 intermittent fasting regimen have lost 47 lbs since July 1st. I really can’t describe how much better I feel. Only 25 to go:)
