Get ready to boost your heart rate and work your brain and body with this fun agility walking workout! Using intervals of 30 seconds of walking in place with 60 seconds of agility exercises we will get a great cardio workout with increasing your reaction time.
This workout can be as easy or difficult as you make it. Please go at your own pace and don't feel that you have to keep up with me. This workout includes a lot of quick footwork so I encourage you to challenge yourself but to work within a safe zone for you. You Do You!

Thanks for trying it Peggy
I learned that agility is a challenge for me. This was a good test for me. I’ve done plenty of cardio with intervals but this identified a weakness.
I like to say progress, not perfection! Agility really works your brain as well. Give a go a few more times and I think you will really see improvements Heidi!
Those side moves—I needed that! This seems great for tennis.😊
Yes! Agility exercises are great for tennis 🙂
I did 1497 steps, and I felt great. Excellent Hitt training for a Monday.
