Get ready to boost your heart rate and work your brain and body with this fun agility walking workout! Using intervals of 30 seconds of walking in place with 60 seconds of agility exercises we will get a great cardio workout with increasing your reaction time.
This workout can be as easy or difficult as you make it. Please go at your own pace and don't feel that you have to keep up with me. This workout includes a lot of quick footwork so I encourage you to challenge yourself but to work within a safe zone for you. You Do You!
