15 min STANDING BARRE WORKOUT | No floor or jumping exercises

This short 15 minute standing barre workout will give your legs, glutes and arms a chance to become stronger and more defined. This workout is all standing, with no floor or mat exercises. We'll finish off the workout with standing stretches using a chair for support.

  • Thanks so much Jules for all your videos . I’m not into doing exercises with a chair but even so I’m very grateful that you dont stop uploading videos . I’m doing exercise at home for more than 10 years so I normally go for the fastest or more difficult exercises (not very extreme because I hurted my knees in the past and I have to be careful ) can you please point me which ones are the best for me from all your workouts ? I imagine is the level 3 , but if you can tell me if you have more available ( that kind ) I would be so happy ! …. thanks a lot again and here , supporting your great channel ❤

  • Great exercises. I enjoyed Ballet as a child & I had all 4 of my daughters in ballet for 5 years. Barre is excellent for muscles. Thank you so very much😊. Including weights is great.
