20 min All in One: Cardio, Strength, Balance and Flexibility Workout for Seniors and Beginners

This 20 minute all in one walking workout includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises for beginners and seniors. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, and adding in balance and flexibility exercises will give you a well-rounded program to provide results. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered a beginner level workout.

  • Oh my god! This says “beginner” but I am not sure about that! I thought I was getting in shape walking. I used 3 and 5 lbs. Perfect workout for me. Challenged my everything, balance, coordination, concentration, and step dance skills lol. Thank you!

  • What a great and challenging workout. I loved the fast pace, and the 30 second intervals! I’ve been working out since 2020, and this was just the right challenge for me. I used 3 lbs to begin with and had to drop to my 1.5 weights. Phew! I was feeling it the whole time. Love getting in my cardio, while also improving strength and balance at the same time. THANK YOU!
