15 min 1970s DISCO MUSIC DANCE Workout

This short 15 minute disco dance workout is created for all 1970s disco music fans (and as a huge thank you to my Paypal and Patreon supporters). Due to copyrighted music being used, there might be ads in the video which are out of my control. When copyrighted music is used, all income from the video goes to the music companies who own the rights to the songs (and therefore, they choose to put ads into the videos).

  • OMG!!! One word FUN!!! I had already completed today’s intermediate calendar exercises and was pretty well worked out but then I saw this and since it was only 15 minutes, I decided to go for it. I was rejuvenated!!! I had so much fun and a couple of times broke out in my own disco dance. LOL Good job Lori and Michelle on the song choices! And Jules thanks for bringing that disco feel in the exercise routine. Definitely adding this one to my dance collection videos.
