13-minute Easy Gentle Exercises for Seniors

Welcome to a 13-minute easy, gentle exercise program created for seniors and beginners in mind. These exercises are ideal for beginners and great to do at any time of the day to boost energy. If you're feeling sluggish, give this a try! You'll be surprised by how moderate exercise can boost your energy instead of depleting it. It's a short workout that can fit into anyone's busy day. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 1143 steps.

It will be great for multiple reasons like a “something is better than nothing” day when you don’t want to do a workout, an easily workout after a sore body from the previous day’s workout, a warm up before strength training or vigorous chore like shoveling snow etc. Have a good weekend.
