Build strength and have fun with our 10 minute Toilet Paper Workout – the perfect beginner workout at home. You don’t need a gym or heavy weights to build muscle. We use a six-roll package of toilet paper weighing 2 pounds 10 ounces. (1.19 kg) But you can also use a 2 or 4 roll package!
