10 Minute Low Impact HIIT Workout for Beginners & Seniors

Quick and effective 10 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. All moves are low impact and can be done at your own pace! The video includes a timer that is 45 seconds of work, then 15 seconds of rest before the next exercise.
I accidentally said in the introduction that there are no squats or lunges. oops! There ARE squats and lunges for a few moves. I was thinking of the 10 min leg workout that I filmed for this series that does not include any squats or lunges. Check that one out too!

I was thinking of the companion 10 min lower body workout that will be posted this Thursday that does not include squats or lunges. 5 new 10 minute videos coming this week! Put them together for a full body and full length workout!
