  • At 65 years old now, I’m living proof of how badly a sedentary life affects your life. I have been doing a few stretches that I’m able to do. I’ve developed dequervains tenosynovitis, great pain in wrists and moving thumbs. So even the simplest of things is impossible without great pain. But I’m actively seeking therapy while waiting to see hand surgeon. I won’t give up. Ladies, do not wait, take care of YOU today. ❤
