What's the number one thing you should be doing before you go to work every single day?
Exercise! You've got an increase in blood flow, an increase in circulation, an increase in brain activity plus it's an antidepressant. So the number one best time to exercise in a day is before work.
BUT there's a caveat to that. The number one best time to exercise any given day is the time that you can, the time that you've got time to exercise, so it might be a little bit better if you exercise before work… but just better if you exercise any time of the day.

Super, I exercise when at work at lunch time, always a walk.
I exercise as soon as I get out of bed. If I don’t do it then I don’t do it at all.

I usually stretch for 20 minutes every day before work , and if I am too sleepy and don’t stretch, I can tell such a difference that I had not!
You need some deep conditioner…. Those ends tho. 🙈
