Thank you 🙏🏼 🥰💕
This moderate thinking about exercise is a game changer! I used to be an aerobics instructor in my 20s, loved to run, hit the gym and all high intense workouts. That was most of my adult life until my 40s where I struggled and went to the gym because I felt I “had to” not because I enjoyed it. I came across your channel a few weeks ago and I am so thankful! I am enjoying exercise again at age 52 while going through ‘The Change😊’ I let go of my gym membership, got the set of weights you recommended and love your workouts with my dog watching me! I feel energized without overdoing it and I am just so thankful for your fitness wisdom and all you share. God Bless You!
Still getting my head round the concept 😊👍
I can’t find 2023 workouts
Also Pahla has many many videos in the past 2 years that deal with this issue. I am just gonna recycle through. Currently redoing the 2022 vids.
There aren’t any unfortunately.
👋🚶♀️👍👍🥰
These daily tips are helping me to develop a more reasonable approach toward my expectations. Asking myself whether things are sustainable is helping me to go forward more gently. Replacing the habits of thinking about “shoulds” with what will work long term. Thanks, Pahla!
Hmmm, I think my extra long walk, along not sweaty, was not moderate. I could do it TODAY but not the same again tomorrow or the next day or the next. Thanks for the reminder.
80 percent food and 20 percent exercise. So it is always more about the food. Dang it.
Enjoying and embracing the moderate for two years now!
No more aching muscles, consistency is the way of the future! Thsnks Pahla
Where are the new workouts for 2023?
