  • This moderate thinking about exercise is a game changer! I used to be an aerobics instructor in my 20s, loved to run, hit the gym and all high intense workouts. That was most of my adult life until my 40s where I struggled and went to the gym because I felt I β€œhad to” not because I enjoyed it. I came across your channel a few weeks ago and I am so thankful! I am enjoying exercise again at age 52 while going through β€˜The ChangeπŸ˜Šβ€™ I let go of my gym membership, got the set of weights you recommended and love your workouts with my dog watching me! I feel energized without overdoing it and I am just so thankful for your fitness wisdom and all you share. God Bless You!

  • These daily tips are helping me to develop a more reasonable approach toward my expectations. Asking myself whether things are sustainable is helping me to go forward more gently. Replacing the habits of thinking about “shoulds” with what will work long term. Thanks, Pahla!

  • Hmmm, I think my extra long walk, along not sweaty, was not moderate. I could do it TODAY but not the same again tomorrow or the next day or the next. Thanks for the reminder.
