  • Loving this new format! Thank you for this helpful & encouraging information. Hearing your story & how you’re so in tune with your body & test for yourself is super helpful! Thanks!

  • Great topic! A little longer but worth it! I love that I’m in a place that I can experiment with my fasting. My personality tends to be all or nothing, so this video was perfect for me! Thanks DyAnn🤩

    • Some of these videos will be longer. I am having a conversation with my girlfriend. A peep talk at the kitchen table. Sometimes those take time and care! ❤️ thanks for always being a positive part of our community.

  • This message is gold. Red flags always go up when I come across a channel that pushes a militant way of eating/fasting/working out, regardless of their experience or degree. Very few individuals can stick to militant standards, so it’s a setup for failure unfortunately.
The only caveat would be a person with known medical issues just as you were saying, but it’s still temporary until one course-corrects.
I like to workout fasted as well, but absolutely require that pre-workout due to the intensity of my sessions. I guess if I’m not worried about that pre-workout drink in the morning then I am going about 19 hours between actual meals. Either way I’m pretty happy with my results, and my blood work is great so it’s working for me.
    Again, great message!

    • 100% we need to learn about our OWN bodies. And stop relying on others to TELL US HOW TO CARE FOR OURSELVES. We are grown women. We are intelligent women. And we are strong women. Take guidance. Take some coaching. But do you! And learn what being honest with yourself really means. Girlfriend, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and experience here with us. ❤️

    • Come back. The track is always clear for you! We want you here with us. We need more happy and healthy women in the world. So girlfriend, our door is always open for you!!

  • I’m in class now and on the third week of class. This week I really have been 100% and I’ve actually lost 2 pounds this week. I’ve lost 27 pounds total since Sept 2023. The salt under my tongue really helps, the mindset is where it’s at. The deep thought is helping me PAUSE. The PAUSE IS SAVING me. I am journaling on a big calendar. Every day when I hit 20 hours I write in it, I fill out my exercise and I do journal my food just so I have an idea of what I should change. All working out great. Only 65 more pounds to go. Thank you Dy Ann your videos have inspired me and help me do something I could never do.

    • Girlfriend, stick with this community. Don’t be a stranger and never be afraid to ask for help and/or accountability. We’ve got you!!! Consistency over time! Rinse and repeat! Use all the Mantras! We have several graduates who have lost 100+ pounds and have not gained it back. So hold onto that for you! ❤️❤️ I am reaching through this screen to give you a big hug! 🥰

  • Great video. Totally agree about having a clean fast. If I break a fast with carbs it leaves me feeling hungry for most of the day which I don’t like. Don’t drink coffee so it’s only water. Most days I do one meal. Love fasting though 😊

  • What an amazing overview of what it is a true clean real IF. Everyone interested should listen to this! And as always thanks so much for your honesty and transparency, Dy Ann. You’re the best ❤❤

  • I love the feeling of clean fasting so much that I have no desire to test anything else. I also love how simple it is! Thank you for all the great videos!!

    • Yep! That clean energized sense of calm is magical. If I weren’t running I would be 100% clean too. On my rest days I keep things clean. And love both options.

  • Exceptional video Dy Ann…thank you so much! Your approach is wise and balanced which is just what I need. I’m still in the phase of clean fasting for 20 hours to keep my Hgb A1C in normal limits and to support my body in healing. I look forward to testing some variation once I’m more back on track. 👍💗 I appreciate your support more than you know.
